5 cl TimeOut Gin London Dry
2.5 - 3cl of espresso
1.5 cl honey syrup *
0.5cl sherry
1 cl sugar
pinch of salt
1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker of your choice
2. Shake vigorously on ice
3. Strain into the glass. If possible in a coupette glass
4. Garnish the drink with three coffee beans
*You can easily prepare the honey syrup yourself:
Mix 50 grams of honey with 5 cl of water and let it boil up a little.
